Author, Mindset & Mental Health Coach, and Public Policy Analyst

Paras Panjwani is an Indian author, public policy analyst, and mental health counselor. He is the President of the MindBharat Policy Association (MBPA), a civil initiative focused on strengthening India’s mental health and public policy dialogue.

Paras pursued his undergraduate studies in Canada, earning a Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Psychology & Business. He has also completed advanced certifications in counseling and mental health from institutions including Harvard Medical School and CPD-accredited programs.

Through his books, coaching practice, and national initiatives, Paras bridges the gap between mental health and public policy. He is the author of Shift Your Perspective, which explores how new ways of thinking can transform personal growth and emotional resilience. His mission is to make mental health and mindset resources more accessible while framing them within a broader vision of India’s development and policy future.

Paras’s work has been featured in national and international media outlets, and he is recognized for combining practical psychology with policy-oriented leadership.

As President of MBPA, Paras positions mental health as a national priority while engaging with broader questions of governance and public policy. His long-term vision is to build a mentally resilient India that contributes confidently to global progress.

In addition to his work in mental health and public policy, Paras Panjwani serves as Director of Panjwani Projects Pvt. Ltd., a professionally managed real estate and infrastructure development company.
