Paras Panjwani is an Indian Author, Mindset and Public Policy Expert, and Director in real estate development. His work spans three core pillars—Mindset and Leadership, Policy and Governance, and Real Estate and Infrastructure—reflecting a multidimensional public role in India’s growth narrative.

Paras is the President of the Bharat Policy Association (BPA), a national civic initiative focused on strengthening India’s governance ecosystem through research, awareness, and informed civic participation.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Canada with a focus on Psychology and Business, followed by advanced training in counselling, leadership, and behavioural studies including programs recognised by Harvard Medical School and CPD-accredited institutions.

Paras is the author of Shift Your Perspective, a book that explores how mindset, perspective, and leadership thinking shape personal confidence and strategic decision-making. His work integrates behavioural insight with policy understanding to build clarity, capability, and national confidence.

As a public voice, Paras contributes to India’s governance and leadership conversation, and his perspectives have been featured across national and international media.

In the real estate sector, Paras serves as Director of Panjwani Projects Pvt. Ltd., contributing to professionally managed residential development and economic infrastructure growth in India.
